In July 2020 we put our home in the southern suburbs on the market and began our search for an apartment in Sea Point. The prospect of downscaling was simultaneously daunting and exciting! Our initial online search presented a host of different estate agents and possibilities.
Estate agents, both rightly and wrongly are often regarded on a par with used car salespersons albeit dealing in stock that, unlike vehicles is expected, at worst to hold its investment value but more likely to exceed this over time. The business of this is transactional and understandably so. That said, what is so often over-looked is that, while there is place for strictly financial investments, when it comes to that which will be your home more is required - it's personal.

Their open, honest and friendly approach to their clients is equally matched by their sophisticated and highly efficient business acumen.
To say that The Agency Property Group was a great find is an understatement! 2020 was for most an extremely challenging, almost overwhelming year. Moving to a new home during this time could well have been a complete nightmare but thanks to Simony and Kyle we made the transition from suburb to Sea Point and are delighted with our new apartment!
