The Sea Point Galleria on Main Road has a number of niche stores, while you will be well-served in terms of supermarkets and every-day shopping along the Main Road as well. Somerset Road in Green Point also has plenty to offer the avid shopper, while the V&A Waterfront is just 10-minutes away with all your retail needs catered to here.

Restaurants and bars

Sea Point or Green Point? You can choose which to explore, with both bordering neighbourhoods having plenty on offer. Regent Road in Sea Point has some of the best eateries in the city, while Somerset Road in Green Point is always buzzing. 

Schools

Ellerton and Sea Point Primary and High School are all good options, while private school, Reddam House, is based in nearby Green Point.

Hospitals

The Sea Point Medical Centre is centrally located, while Cape Town Mediclinic and Christian Barnard Hospital in the Cape Town City Centre are all easily accessible by car.
